Nickie Carr began working at First Baptist Church Benton in 2002 starting in Mother’s Day Out. In 2007, she began substituting in Weekday Preschool. In the fall of 2009, Nickie began teaching full time in a 4 year old class. In 2010, she started teaching both a three year old class and a four year old class.

Nickie attended both The University of Central Arkansas in Conway and Arkansas Tech University in Russellville. Nickie and her husband Brent have two daughters, Hannah and Sarah Grace, both of which attended First Baptist Church Preschool. She and her family were members of First Baptist Church from 2001-2008 and are now members of Crossroads Missionary Baptist Church in Haskell.
